How the Jersey gets created?

1. YOUR ORDER

Every customer receives an individual offer created according to his or her specific needs and together we choose the most suitable product. Naturally, we offer a large variety of materials and patterns for the chosen sport. We distinguish different needs of companies, professional teams, as well as those customers who enjoy sport activities as a hobby.

2. THE GRAPHIC DESIGN AND PREPARATION OF PRODUCTION

Accurately manufactured products are fitted with a well chosen design. Do you prefer modern design, retro style or do you want to set yourself apart from the others? In our graphic studio you will find 20 designers who will help you create a design according to your ideas. The design will be further worked up into all the products in your order. When all the necessities are approved, the production itself can be initiated.

3. CUTTING

By creating a Jersey53 sportsear we use only high quality materials of our own production. Our company is one of the few producers of sublimated sportswear and as such we cut our fabrics using modern computer-operated CNC machines. Consequently, the individual pieces are cut with high accuracy. To satisfy our clients we have developed hundreds of cuts and designs for all the sports.

4. DIGITAL PRINTING

Our sublimation papers are printed with 12 digital Mimaki plotters, with a printing width of 160 cm and a capacity of 1500 jerseys a day. The graphics transfer onto paper is of the highest quality mainly because we use Dutch sublimation paper and quality eco-friendly inks. This way of printing is very precise and offers an infinite scale of colours and complex designs including photos.

5. SUBLIMATION

For fabric printing we use Italian Monti Antonio large scale rotary press machines. During the thermal sublimation process we transfer the coloured design from the sublimation paper onto the fabric using heat and press. Even at this point we focus on high precision of further treatment of the individual pieces of clothes.

6. SEWING

Our priority is to convey precision and a high level of manufacturing quality to our customers. We sew directly at the headquarters of our company in Czech Republic and in five other external workshops. All the sewing workshops are equipped with modern sewing machines.

7. INSPECTION AND SHIPPING

Every single finished product undergoes final checking at a specialised department. Consequently it is carefully packed and prepared for shipping to any place all around the world. We deliver our products through logistic companies such as TNT, Czech post office and others.
